The Geek Squad were totally helpful and helped¹ me understand exactly what was going on and what happened with my computer. Thankfully, I was a "total tech" member which basically covers everything. I would definitely recommend becoming a total tech member! They also take old computers and recycle them there which I thought was awesome. In the end, I bought a new laptop and I love it!”
