Update ,Less than a year later my check engine light came on a few days ago and I called to find out when I could bring my truck in for service, the person who answered the phone was very helpful and professional but when I arrived with my truck in the service dept the young man nsmed Mark was very rude to me; he said who told you to bring your truck here?? And do you have an appointment??? Then he said we are really backed up right now and wont be able to get you in for 5-7 days! So I explained to him that I did call and I was told to bring the truck in over the phone. Also when I walked in no one greeted me or asked if I needed any help , I saw people sitting at desks and totally ignoring me until a woman finally said can I help you and she directed me where to park and how to get to the service dept. Hopfully the staff gets more training on how to treat customers.”
