“After church today we set to look for an establishment that was open. Being that it was Christmas we had our work cut out for us. We drove for a few miles and saw an open sign so we walked in. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiling faces and a Merry Christmas! The location was busy with other patrons (regulars). We were seated drinks and menus came quickly! “I was selling a home and needed some work to clean up the chimney. Bill was very communicative about the process and even scheduled around the unpredictable Michigan spring weather to get this done, which meant he and his team worked from late afternoon into the night to get what needed to get done on time for the sale of the home. He provided options and upfront pricing to fix the issues from a full dismantling of upper chimney and rebuilding to patching and repairing all noticeable defects he observed during his inspection. I choose to patch, repair and paint. So his team came out and provided an inspection, interior and exterior cleaning, brick patching, tucking the joints, brick painting, repairing and extending the liner and putting on a cap. It turned out great and I'm very appreciative of him and the clear communication. Also took PayPal which made paying him super easy. I included some before and after photos to show the great work. I would highly recommend. I also learned he has an insane amount of knowledge of brick and concrete and learned some tips and tricks for my own projects with concrete that were not related to the current job. Thank you Bill and your team for everything. You guys went above and beyond to get this done on time and it looks great. Thanks.”
