We talked twice before we bought the home and he came to our house after we moved in to walk us through the house and help us understand the maintenance and details of the house. He was there for a couple hours and was kind and thorough. All of this time he spend with us was for a home that they had built years ago - this was not for a new job! I was blown away by this! They care for my little guy like he is their own.
