Andover Animal Hospital

Love this clinic. We found them when couldn't find an opening to bring a dog in. It was an emergency visit. Guys were amazing, I brought the dog in and left her there for less then 2 hours. Doctor Kuan is just amazing, he called, explained, gave medicine. Amanda was perfect also, she spent time with us giving recommendations for our kittens. And they told us to bring the dog for a check up after a week and then after 2 weeks. And they didn't take money for last 2 visits. We just paid for the medicine. For the first visit we paid more as it was an emergency but it's still less expensive than going to emergency hospital. Can also add that there are a lot of people bringing their pets in. Which just tells that those guys are really great.

They are so kind whenever I call. They were very patient with our puppy when we brought him in for the first time. The vet seems knowledgeable and everything (including cost) was explained to me prior to the procedure being done.

I had my baby girl Shelby Petunia Snicklefrits cremated through Andover Animal Hospital. It was a great experience minus the heartache we were going through. Andover Animal Hospital staff were very sympathetic to our needs and very professional. There was one small issue that happened with the cremation paperwork that was addressed immediately and it wasn't a billing or price issue so no worries when you bring your fur-baby/babies to Andover Animal Hospital. This was my first visit but I have family and friends who use Andover Animal Hospital and they all will continue to go here. I will bring all my fur-babies here from now on. Thank you AAH for taking care of us especially in our time of need! Also I do not know anyone who works for Andover Animal Hospital or the owners so this is my personal unbiased opinion and experience at AAH, just wanted to make that very clear.

Dr. Jeff is absolutely the best!!!! We are lucky we found him working here after he left his previous place. My wife and I couldn't be happier that he cares for our dogs. He cares for them like they are his own.

The staff and doctors at Andover Animal Hospital have been excellent in the care of my 2 dogs. I took both dogs in for an annual physical exam and found out that one of them had an ear infection that I didn't even know about. After medicating for 2 weeks, I went back in for a scheduled recheck and was pleased to find that there wasn't a charge for the recheck or the lab test to make sure the infection was gone. I am always greated by a friendly staff member whether it is on the phone or in person! They even offer appointments on Sundays! Highly recommend them!
