John was quick to reply to e-mails and gave us great advice about our deck - he could have taken the job in the fall but advised us to wait until spring based on when our deck was built and what would be best for it, which made us confident he would do quality work. The quote he provided in the fall remained the same in the spring when John and his team came to perform the work, and he could not have been nicer to interact with! Truly a genuine, nice person that I would trust to work with again.
