  Milk moms was super easy to work with! I filled out the online form, and was contacted by someone within the hour. They walked me through my options and were super knowledgeable about the different types of pumps. Once I decided on one, I had it on my doorstep less than a week later. I will definitely be working with them again in the future!

  With my first order from Milk Moms in 2020, my pump came within days of ordering it, and all staff were so helpful! I did not know much about pumping, at the time, and got a lot of advice on pump styles from the staff I spoke with, over the phone. In 2022, after the birth of my second child, I ordered another breast pump through Milk Moms. This one took a bit longer to arrive (2 1/2 weeks after ordering), but I am equally pleased with the pump. Being a second time mom, I knew more about pumping and wanted a pump that was more portable. The staff at Milk Moms took time to recommend a pump for me, and the pump I’m now using is strong, efficient and highly portable. Thank you, Milk Moms!

  Milk Mom’s made the experience of picking out a breast pump through insurance simple and stress free. Compared to other companies I worked with who failed to communicate. Within 48 hours I received my chosen breast pump at my door step. I was able to communicate with a representative via text, email, and phone with any questions. I highly recommend working with Milk Mom’s to make your journey of choosing a breast pump stress free!

  Milk Moms made ordering a breast pump incredibly easy for me! The person I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and was able to guide me towards the pump that would be best for me. All I had to do was provide my insurance information and my prescription and they took care of everything else! Milk Moms made it such a smooth process, I'd recommend them to anyone!

  The idea of finding and ordering a breast pump, as well as coordinating coverage with my health insurance, was daunting to me but it was the easiest task after my midwife recommended Milk Moms. I’ve ordered two different pumps through Milk Moms now (one after each pregnancy) - both times were super fast and easy and I got exactly what I wanted each time.
