Excellent coworkers with a friendly, yet efficient workplace that supports employee development thru skill development. Employees are empowered to make informed decisions & own their role. Employees are focused but always friendly and helpful - interaction and communication throughout the company is essential and also, very helpful while learning a new role. Direct and positive interactions with the owner and other high-level employees is not uncommon and always pleasant. Definitely a true family-run & -owned business which allows for a more calm, yet transparent and open workplace
