Honestly signing up I wasn't really into the gym but after my first class I told myself I'd try it for a month. I needed the environment and people for the push and I am obsessed.
Great atmosphere, very motivating in the group classes. High energy workouts, and with the workout of the day, each class is tailored and slightly different. I highly recommend Farrell's
I highly recommend Farrell’s Extreme Bodyshaping! I’ve been attending for 1 ½ years now and love the results I am getting!! The focus is body transformation through kickboxing, strength training, and proper nutrition. The coaches guide you through an optional 10-Week Challenge followed by mini-8-Week Challenges done in a fun competitive way. One of the coolest things about Farrell’s is how they accommodate all fitness levels, from the beginner to the seasoned athlete. It really is a great community of people from the coaches to members all supporting and motivating you to reach your fitness goals. I never thought I’d love working out this much!!
I highly recommend Farrell’s to anyone looking to either start or continue their fitness journey. I spent many years bouncing around big box gyms and once I found Farrell’s, I never looked back. As someone who always struggled with trying to develop a fitness routine, Farrell’s offered me guidance in the form of their 10-week program where they focused on teaching strength training and kickboxing as well as how to maintain proper nutrition to fuel your body. If you follow the program, the results truly speak for themselves. This location specifically has the most amazing instructors, ownership, and community and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for more than just your average gym!
