“I had missed my June appointment because I had Covid then. It was difficult to get a new appointment soon after because there was only 1 hygienist there. Today I was thankful that the hygienist took the time to clean my teeth well. I think her name was Susan. She often asked if I was doing ok. She also explained that my tooth may have been sore because of a ligament. I learned a few things….Getting food stuck in that space could affect the muscles, ligaments and gums. It might not just be a tooth issue.”

Recovering right now and things are going well. Physical Therapy to come when I'm able to apply pressure on my ankle. Has been a positive experience. “We live out of state and stopped here because we got a flat while traveling. Logan was a great help and super friendly. Even though the tire was not able to be plugged (which he offered to do for free) he helped me get set for my 2700 mile journey home without charging me an arm and a leg. “Yum! So happy this place is in our neighborhood! The staff is always pleasant and helpful. We love the selection of drinks and poke bowls. My favorite is the Thai iced tea. I love the brown sugar boba, it adds a lovely caramel note to your drink. And cheese tea?! Yes! It’s delicious! It sounds weird but it’s actually just sweetened cream cheese on the top of your drink. Make sure to get a punch card if you’re a regular.”

Emma is hands down the most personable and out of the box weight loss coordinator I've ever seen. Physical therapy needs? Yea, they have us covered here also. Cassie is kind, intelligent and brings a smile into your world like none I've ever known. All in all from strengthening your life to shedding a few pounds they have as little or as much as you would like. No pressure. It isn't about your wallet here. There are many therapeutic options for spine care...None are on par with Catalyst Chiropractic and Rehab. I dont leave many positive reviews. Give them a shot. I would stake my reputation on this place and its wonderful people. In closing, call them and go in to see where you are out of alignment. It may surprise you that within the first week you start to feel better.”

“Very pleased thus far. I used to be a member at Xperience Fitness, and this location of Planet Fitness is a definite step up. Specifically: 1. Overall the facility is very clean and well maintained.....it looks new. 2. Good selection of equipment to use - I like the options better at PF. 3. They're serious about social distancing and sanitizing equipment. 4. The membership has a different mindset - more mature - with people being willing to put bars and dumbbells away and clean them. 5. The locker rooms are very clean, including the toilets and shower facilities. Overall, I'm really happy with my choice of fitness facility and appreciate the efforts of PF to keep me fit and healthy.”
