Highly recommend anyone looking for hearing aids to stop by one of their locations. The service is incredible, both Sarah and Sarah who I worked with were very caring, knowledgeable and concerned to make sure that I received the right hearing aids that would best suit my needs. They make you feel welcome and and genuinely make you feel part of their family in the way they approach dealing with your issues and needs.You will definitely be making a mistake if you don’t stop by and at least talk to them about your hearing needs.

Sarah is very professional and very attentive to her clients needs. I can be tough to please as I am a very active person and on the phone a lot using the Bluetooth features of the hearing aid technologies. Sarah has simply listened and adjusted my expectations on products, provided multiple demo technologies to meet my needs.

First of all, I have to say what a beautiful and welcoming office Dr. Binfet has. And she is so professional and kind that it made a huge difference in my heightened anxiety about having something new like hearing aids in my life! I was amazed at the REAL sound they have when I wear them. Not "tinny" like I had imagined. Other than ACTUALLY HEARING WELL since a long time, I can't tell they are in and if I want to, I can keep them secret behind my ear.
