Becker Furniture & Mattress - Northtown

Dennis came over to ask if we needed assistance shortly after we entered the Northtown facility. He was not pushy and told us to take our time and to alert him if we had any questions. He checked stock on our choice and took us smoothly through the purchase of our new dining set. He was very personable and helpful through the entire process.

We ordered a power reclining couch and loveseat, and a fireplace TV stand and two end tables. They were delivered at scheduled time and set up and working before they left. Prices were outstanding as well as the staff and delivery team. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

If I could recommend other furniture stores to pay Dennis to train their employees, It would be a no brainer.
Dennis was more than a pleasure to work with as my girlfriend and I were in need of a couch. He was extremely educated on the furniture and never came up short on the million questions and recommendations we had/needed.
He was never pushy, never lingered, yet was always right there when we needed!
I 100% know that Dennis and Kim are the reason we left feeling so happy and accomplished with our experience.

Becker really needs to recognize these two if they haven’t already because they are the reason that We will always go through them first for any furniture needs!

I don’t post much but wanted to give a shout out to the Becker Furniture World (Not the clearance center) in Northtown mall and our sales person Dennis Anderson.

Wasn’t sure I was going to find the right recliner for my new office. Not tons of room so we looked for something a bit smaller. Dennis was helpful, friendly and personable.

The best shopping experience in a while. The right chair at the right price.

Today I was out shopping with my brother. We first stopped at Becker in Roseville. There was a young lady name Deandra I believe who was extremely helpful. She checked information on multiple items for us and was really friendly. After that visit my brother and I ended up at the Becker in Northtown mall. We met Dennis Anderson and the manager Mrs. Anderson at this location. Never have I ever had so much fun at a furniture store. Not only were they super helpful but they were very patient while we browsed the store for hours. We received the best customer service ever! We were even offered beverages and snacks. They chitchatted with us and we all had some pretty good laughs! It was a good time!! Thank you all!!
