Apart from the the competitive prices that JW Home Theater offers, the owner, Jeff Witucki, is very helpful and kind in answering all questions thru email and phone. He also follows thru the process of the sales. Overall it was an excellent experience working with Jeff. JW Home Theater a recommended company in my book for my home theater needs.

I think I've received very competitive pricing and fantastic customer service that I would never get at a big box store. He never has tried to up sell me on things I don't want (which is the experience I get in store like best buy). Would highly recommend.
