  180 Kettlebell Gym is completely life changing. It is a strong community of people pushing each other to be better. The coaches are motivational, positive, educated professionals led by the amazing Jodi and Todd who are loved by all. This place is amazing!

  This gym is absolutely amazing! I started here 3 years ago and it’s my forever place! The coaches “meet you where you’re at” when you begin and the energy and workouts take it from there. Not to mention, the owners are amazing, fun and compassionate people. I would highly recommend! #3yearsstrong

  Prior to starting with 180, I spent years trying to workout and trying to be healthy. I went to all the workout places and after 3-6 weeks I went less and less. 180 was the first gym that changed that. I’m actually motivated to go, because I like the people, the trainers, the workers (they’re always different), and I like the results. I went from a 3 month record of attendance with other gyms, to a10 year streak with 180. That’s the difference between forcing yourself to workout, and enjoying tour workout.

  I hate going to gyms but I LOVE going to 180. It's the full package of support from trainers, community and amazing workouts.
