(September 21, 2023, 7:15 pm)Ordered online a couple days ago using my free pizza coupon. Added a number of other items to my order. 10 minutes later I got a text saying my order was cancelled. I called the store and the gal I talked to just said there were no drivers and hung up. A day later I noticed all my points for my free pizza were no longer there. I called the store and talked to Scott, the GM. He profusely apologized and gave me a credit for the points I had lost and said that he wanted to keep my business. Well, they will have my business going forward. It was a pleasurable outcome to an unfortunate situation. Will highly recommend this store any day. Thank you for taking the time to portray exemplary customer service.
