Dr. Nancy J. Cashman, DDS

I have avoided going to the dentist now for about seven years. I had some really rough experiences with prior dentists, repeated failed root canals, and a lack of proper pain management during an extraction after, because the doctor felt it was "almost done" and ignored my indications of pain. I have been hesitant to go *anywhere*, but after accidentally biting down on a *screw* hidden in a protein bar a couple days ago, I had to get checked out. I called yesterday and had my first appointment at NJC Dentistry today. The entire staff were very helpful and kind from the moment I called to the moment I left. Dr. Cashman herself was SO friendly, so warm and funny, that I was immediately put at ease. She is exactly the dentist I needed to find to stop feeling terror at the idea of going in. It is such a relief to find a dentist that makes you comfortable, who is clearly very knowledgeable, and communicates easily with patients in a respectful and compassionate manner. I can't recommend her or this office enough!

So glad to have such an excellent dentist in my neighborhood. Highly reccomend!!

I hadn’t been to a dentist in years so, I was a little nervous about seeing a new dentist in a new city. On a friend’s suggestion, I decided on NJC dentistry and I’m SO glad I did! Dr.Cashman was gentle, empathetic, fast & kind. I thought for sure it would be ‘a process’ and it wasn’t. Such a relief!
I also had a cleaning done with Misty and was SHOCKED by how clean my teeth were after. I’m smoker and had a good amount of tar buildup and had been told that it’d never come off - I guess that person was wrong bc she got it ALL!! The entire staff is really friendly & professional. Because of all that, and the fact that it was competitively priced, I won’t be putting off regular visits anymore. See you in 6mo dr.cashman!! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!
