Apani was available on short notice when houses grabbed my attention. Her schedule was flexible and she was very knowledgeable in the home purchase process. I used a VA home loan which entails a little bit more than traditional home purchases and everything on her end went smoothly. I had the pleasure of working with Apani to sell my home. Selling a home isn’t always easy. For me it was very emotional. Apani was there for me every step of the way. She was sensitive to my situation as well as professional.

Apani also went out of her way to make sure My home looked amazing when it was time to put it in the market. This girl doesn’t cut corners. From announcing that my home would be on the market to the final sale. She even arranged the closing to take place near my work so I could do it during my lunch break!

When it was time to go active with my home I had 7 offers the first day! 7, many were over asking price. Apani took the time to explained to me each offer so I was completely aware of my options. She also had a lot of resources for me to use, because Apani also is a contractor she was able to work with me and the buyer on any repairs that needed to be done. Because of her expertise this ran very smooth and done in a timely manner.

Apani takes the time to get to know her clients, and you can tell she cares. I would go with Apani again in a heartbeat, when I’m ready to buy again you can bet I will be calling her!
