  We called Joe on a referral from a neighbor. We are Realtors and we also want someone that can help our clients when needed. Joe and his wife Melissa are amazing! Communication and service is top-notch!! I was at a house with a buyer that had an old wood stove and Joe responded while we were still at the house, answering all our questions! He will tell you he’s not a salesman, and it’s because he’s more concerned about his customers (my opinion)! Straight shooter who delivers excellence! Thanks Joe and Melissa!!

  I can't say enough good things about this place and the people who work there. They answered my emailed request for a quote within an hour. We were converting a wood burning Heat-O-later fireplace to gas. Joe is very knowledgeable about the products and installation, friendly yet very professional. The quote was right about what I wanted to spend. They showed up on time on the day promised. We're in and out in just a few hours. He made sure I knew how it worked, and understood the remote. They cleaned up after themselves. You would never have known they were here, except for the beautiful new gas fireplace I now have. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Custom Fireplace and Chimney Care.

  I can't say enough good things about Joe and his team and the work they did for me to install my gas fireplace. They were so very neat - Joey did an awesome job! - and so pleasant and helpful in explaining everything. I'd highly recommend Custom Fireplace to anyone thinking about installing a gas fireplace. They're a family business that takes pride in their work and customer service.

  Joe and his team 150% created the vision I had for my Fireplace remodel. They gave honest feedback along the way, used excellent craftsmanship, and were trustworthy in our home while we were out of town. I HIGHLY recommend them!!! They were also competitively priced - which Joe encouraged us to check so that we would be even more confident in their work and price paid.

  We are extremely happy with the fireplace that Joe and his team put in our home! We had our wood burning fireplace converted to a gas fireplace. Joe was super helpful in informing us of the process and offered a fantastic selection of customizing our fireplace. Overall the service was amazing and I would highly recommend this business for your fireplace needs!
