  Dr. Lance is super nice and personable. Very efficient visit. I showed up early and was able to start my appointment early. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Girls at the front counter are also very helpful and friendly. Not sure why this place has any negative reviews.

  I am not sure why people are unhappy with this place. I have been a customer here for years and have had no problems. Maybe the prior staff was no all that great? Either way, the staff and Dr. Lance has been great. They text and call me to remind me about my appointment. I show up on time and get my service. two years ago I was going out of the country and they didn’t have my lenses in stock. Dr. Lance gave me an extra pair of trials to have for the trip. I was so grateful. I don’t ever feel rushed nor have I ever had any staff member be rude to me. If you show people respect, they will respect you. Show up on time for your appointment...if you don’t want to wait, don’t be a walk on client, simple.
