Love the windows; easy to clean and air tight! The windows in the 3 new doors are also easy to open and clean. The business is well run, their employees and installers are efficient and professional.

We love the sliders they installed on our porch!! They really opened up and brightened up the room! The installers were a father/son team that worked well together. They were professional, friendly, and very efficient. They were meticulous in their cleanup too. We definitely recommend this company!!

I'm so grateful for the work that was done on my home! I researched Builders and another local company before deciding to stick with Builders and Remodelers. I found that they were straight forward with their pricing - no additional costs at the end, helped me with insurance requirements and overall provided amazing workmanship on my home (siding, windows and roof). Final walk through by city inspection gave 2 thumbs up and expressed no concerns about the final product!

Any business can have good customer service when everything goes right, it's when there are hang-ups, that a company's true character comes through. We had a small hang-up, but the way Ken and his team responded, has made us customers for life. The install team was incredible, going above and beyond. Randy communicated and followed up with us on a regular basis. The installers, Dan & Jake were friendly, and did a phenomenal job on the installation. Overall, I was impressed with each person we worked with, and would recommend Builder's & Remodelers to anyone looking for a professional, high quality job.

Since this is our second experience, we knew the product would be amazing AND it was. The part that was lacking this time was the communication to schedule the services. We were given no time lines and when I asked I got the run around or no returned calls. I finally received a call days or as much as 2 weeks later with no explanation then the installation would be scheduled for the next day. With the siding, they called from my front yard wanting to start, no notice. Great finished product. We definitely missed the service that was provided the first time around with Adam.

Update, we have now purchased a door with them and it's wonderful. While waiting for the door, one of our earlier installed windows cracked! They replaced it with no questions asked! They then returned when we had trouble with the locking mechanism. I can't tell you how much business of mine they will get in the future,they truly take care of you, even after installation.
