Miracle Method Surface Refinishing

I typically never write reviews but this one is worth the time. Risa the sales Rep came out and explained everything to me and gave me a competitive quote. She was professional and timely. The scheduling department was friendly and got me an appointment with Tom. Tom was absolutely awesome. He was on time and did a meticulous job refinishing my bath tub. He was also careful with my bathroom remodel not to mess anything up. It took me a month to make the decision to do this and I'm glad I chose Miracle Method. I highly recommend.

My acrylic/fiberglass tub developed about a 2 inch crack on the standing spot while showering. Mark was the installer and he did a phenomenal job. Super nice guy and he knew his stuff. He drilled 10 holes in the bottom of the tub about the size of a nickel and then foamed underneath the tub to remove the flexing and add support. Then a resin and fiberglass sheet was added to the bottom of the tub. Took about 3 hours and he was done for day 1. Then came back the next day and sanded and color matched. The matching color is really good. Now when I step in the tub there is zero flex in the bottom. It cost $700 but I have a tile surround in fairly good condition so to replace the tub would have been expensive with re-tiling. I highly recommend this company and Mark. Excellent service.

Justin came out to do the job and was very professional throughout - told me exactly what to expect, took time to cover the whole bathroom in plastic and then gave very clear instructions for aftercare. My vanity was yellow, chipped and old - now it's bright and clean! Five stars!

Today, Tom completed refinishing my bathtub and it looks amazing. The result is way better than I could have imagined. Tom did an excellent job. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. His technical knowledge and experience contributed to this excellent refinished bathtub! I highly recommend the Miracle Method for refinishing your old worn tub.
