Public Storage

I found the storage unit because it is near where I needed to access for work. It is incredibly clean, very well-maintained, and everyone that has helped me has been wonderful! Karla has helped me change units numerous times as I have needed to get bigger storage space. And she has been so helpful and friendly! The manager Mike has been amazing when I have talked to him and always has followed up on questions. Very affordable also!

I’ve had my unit for two years now, and I must say the location in hilltop is marvelous. Friendly and very helpful assistance from the manger, easy access great features motion sensor lights and touch free access to unlock the door. Very clean units and building all around spectacular service.

I wanted to take the time to write about one of the best customer service experiences that literally does not exist anymore that manager Karla gave me today. She was so professional and went out of her way to spend an extreme incredible amount of time with me. Karla made sure I had seen everything I needed and had every question answered with my storage needs having to change multiple times and then possibly for my lifetime... and then to top it off she was SO patient with me taking notes the entire time on my iPhone. Karla and the Public Storage in Hilltop needs to be recognized for this type of customer service that just doesn’t exist where a business or employee takes 1-1/2 hours with a person.

We had a great experience with Karla. She is so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help with choosing the right storage unit on a last minute call. All our questions were answered respectfully with all details as first time users of a storage facility. Very clean and convenient.

Everything looks simple and good so far. Never rented a storage space yet so I don't have anything to compare to. Karla is great. She is helpful and respectful and also informative. Hope to have a great experience here. Thank you Karla.
