Beyond helpful. Answers for questions I didn't know to ask. Caring, considerate. They helped me through a time of great sorrow. I couldn't have asked for anything more. It's been ten years, and I still remember how they made me feel, that they were there for me.
I was assisting my mother in law with creating a slide show for her late husband. I needed a certain setup with the technology. They had exactly what I needed and I was able to get setup right away. Very helpful during an extremely hard time for the family.
