Bill was recommended to me as THE best Mercury tech in the state of Minnesota and possibly the country. I called Extreme the day after I figured out I had bad air compressor in my Optimax. Bill took the time to answer all my questions over the phone on a busy early June morning when every other local Merc tech had no time for me. I drove the 1.5 hours to Extreme and within minutes of showing up he had me hooked up to his diagnostics computer and diagnosed my problem. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced as a boat owner (15+ years). I told Bill I had a tournament coming up and he was able to get me back on the water quickly. I highly recommend Extreme to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, reasonable mechanic working on their motor. Any future problems with my Optimax I know exactly who I am bringing my boat to.

I bought a snowmobile off craigslist and brought it in to get looked at. They went through everything and made some minor adjustments. Service was great and pricing was more than fair, I would highly recommend!
