I needed a part for my residential dryer and the service I received from the staff at Darling's perfect. They were very accommodating and friendly. I went home replaced the part on my dryer only to find out I needed an additional part. Although they didn't have the exact part I needed, they did a little research and found another part that would work just the same. Again, very accommodating and friendly. Got the parts installed and they dryer is back up and running. Thanks to the staff at Darlings for helping a guy out!

Love this place. They keep our hotel laundry running because they have the parts in stock. The staff are very knowledgeable about their machines and know exactly what you need.

We bought huge industrial washers & dryers for our business over 5 years ago and they were easy to deal with when making the purchase and great follow up! Any time we have an issue (cosmetology school - we tend to accidentally wash a lot of bobbie pins which block up the drain) they are always quick to respond and always pleasant when they arrive. Also they do not hesitate to give us tips on how to make little fixes on things that are easy to avoid paying for them to come out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
