I could not be happier with the service I received. All of the "dispatchers" I spoke to were courteous and willing to help. I spoke to two plumbers who were up front about pricing based on the clearing of our main line. Matt ended up coming out and was very professional, respectful, and kept a clean work space. The price I paid was very reasonable. I will be using this company again for any needs that I am unable to deal with myself.
We were trying to find someone who could deal with a very difficult sewer problem. The dispatcher, John, was very professional and courteous. He asked the correct questions to prepare the technician, Josh, to bring the proper equipment to deal with the issue. Josh arrived per the agreed upon schedule and did a superb job. He, too, was completely professional and very pleasant do work with. The job was completed promptly and completely. The charges were very fair and competitive.
From my perspective, this is an excellent company and one I would recommend without reservation.
