Corner Fringe Ministries

I went with my daughter to her place of worship. They have their worship on Saturdays, and share a church with another worship group who attends on Sunday's. The music has a band, with lyrics on a screen to sing along which is nice since I didn't know some of the song choices. They have a nursery for children under the age of 3, and hand out wrist bands to only the people who are allowed to take the children from there. A very safe system. They hold their schooling for the kids under 11 in separate rooms while having an adult one in the synagogue with modern up to date topics that apply to what's happening in the world today and how to live and make good choices while in it. There is a pray with someonel prayer opportunity at the end. Afterwards they have a (bring your own) lunch opportunity and to have fellowship together.

I live in the United Kingdom and I watch Daniels sermons as they have helped me understand the Bible and have found peace in myself . Especially the sermons on Spiritual Warfare and the Tale of the two trees. Daniel explains with such clarity and I continue to watch sermons from Corner Fringe Ministries online as they have really enriched me spiritually.

There are so many things I love about Corner Fringe. The first thing you realize when you walk through the door is how friendly and welcoming all the people are.

This is more than just a church, it is truly a community. You don't just show up for an hour and then head out (of course you can if you wish to), but everyone is welcome to stay after the service and get to talk to everyone and share a meal together, or take some classes that are offered in the afternoon. It's more like going to a weekly community event than it is just "going to church".

The messages....well they are incredible!! I've been to some churches in the past where it seemed more like a weekly motivational speech with 2-3 bible verses sprinkled in to give it the church flavor. Here you will find messages that are not only incredibly well studied out with an abundance of scriptural support, but also framed within the historical culture by looking at other documents from the time of when the text was written so you can appreciate the context of what was being conveyed.

There is also the incredible worship time. Most churches (in my experience anyway) the worship time consists of 3 songs, then it's time to move on. Here there is a more time dedicated to the worship and it does not feel rushed.

If you are someone who is new to the faith this is the perfect place to learn and grow. If you are someone who has a church background, then like me you may be challenged to rethink (and re-study) some of the ways you've looked at scripture for years. Personally for me I feel like since I've been coming to church here my faith is deeper, my relationship with God is fuller, and I am excited to see where it goes from here!!
