Awren, the business owner, is an herbalist and reiki practitioner.
Reiki sessions are by appointment and always comfortable and professional. Awren makes sure to ask beforehand if you are comfortable with being touched or not, which I appreciate a lot.
They also teach excellent hands-on herbalism courses (which are announced on the Mystic Light Wellness Facebook page) on topics such as plant identification and preparation of tonics. I’ve learned to make fire cider, allergy tincture, and nettle tonic. Awren created a custom pain relief balm for me as well.
