Lazydays RV of Minneapolis

We had one of the best experiences purchasing our first travel trailer from Lazydays. From the minute we walked on the property - until we drove off with our new camper. When we first arrived, they let us look around by ourselves and when we were ready to talk we spoke with Jr. and he was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. When we came back to pick up of camper Tim helped us with going over how everything works - very kind and knowledgeable man. While we were getting our truck ready - we had one more question and Tim was with someone else so we asked Mitch and he stopped what he was doing and came out to the camper and helped us. He ended up getting our equalizer hitch for us and them Mike came out and walked us through step by step how to set up the hitch and brake controller. Each and every person we had contact with was extremely friendly and very helpful - I 100% recommend.

Our experience with Lazydays Minneapolis was absolutely flawless. We looked all over the country for the particular unit that we purchased and found the sales process to be friendly, helpful and honest. Other dealers were trying too take advantage of the lack of inventory by pricing over the market. Lazydays, Minneapolis followed through with a very reasonable price. After the sale the support was very good.

Traded in my smaller travel trailer for something bigger as my kids are now young teenagers. My experience at Lazydays RV was the absolutely easiest ever in terms of buying and selling. Very fair and I was pleased with both the trade-in value and the price of a new camper trailer. Everyone was friendly. The sales people were great. Jane followed up throughout the week leading to delivery so I knew what to expect and Rick was great spending time with me walking through every detail of the new travel trailer. I will definitely return as a customer.

Great Place nice showroom very welcoming place. Brian my salesman was great to work with and helping me to select correct RV for me. Easy to get a hold of always took my call for questions. Jason in finance was very nice to work with made it very easy to work with. I have 2 friends that will be buying there from this experience.

Very clean store! They were organized and in stock, especially compared to the dg I live close to. The manager was mopping. I was amazed! They definitely have my business!

Customer service was great. They had everything that I wanted. The store was clean and stocked.They had 2 cashiers working. They were very Busy! Plenty of walking!

Normally it takes a nice place for 5 STARS This place was clean from the parking lot throughout the store to the restroom very clean the shelves were all well stocked with choices of brands and sizes, I worked in retail I ran my own business so I have a understanding of what it takes to make a customer happy an the employees here seem helpful, kind, respectful an interested in helping however they could.
