“This branch is always crowded but one thing for sure, when you walk into the branch you will be greeted. My first few visits it came across very robotic, disingenuous. But recently I came here for a rare request. I was in need of someone at the branch getting some dire information for me. Lizette the branch manager was so very helpful. You can tell that she has built a rapport with her clients. She new them by name and they new her. She was so patient and helpful. Although we didn't get my request accomplished that day. “We stay here each year for at least six weeks while on business in Minnesota. The hot breakfast served is one of the best for a free offering at a hotel even during the pandemic. Rooms are comfortable. We stay in an Executive king with a full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher (which is a great touch). Bring your own dishes etc. we bring a couple of hot plates, a pressure/slow cooker. Staff is friendly and helpful.”

“I am really surprised by some of these negative reviews. My two grand kids have been going to Dr. Irving, and he and his whole staff have been wonderful and accommodating and easy to deal with. For the record (and my grand kids are not white), I have seen no racism, and I am very sensitive to that issue. Also, I don't understand why one of the reviewers thinks he only cares about money. In my experience, it is just the opposite, and at one point we got quite behind on payment without realizing it, because he didn't raise the topic at all.”
