(No Russian bots here, очень забавно) Observations while on site: The location is easy to access and rates competitive. The area is relatively well kept and storage spaces clean. Having a second gate open to pull through with a large trailer would be beneficial but it is understandable as to why the second gate isn't open, for controlled access.”
