“6pm 07/05/22 - Was attended by a young woman there. She was quick with helping us trade in my wife's phone for a new one. The quickest we've experienced at a phone store to the past. So we we're very happy with that. But a couple of comments: 1. The sales person seemed quite distracted by her own phone. To the point that it seemed like we were interrupting her than her helping us. 2. We were never offered any insurance coverage on the new phone. I believe she may even forgot to ask. But all in all it wasn't a bad experience. But this sales person needs to be more in focus with customer when helping them and leave personal phone activities away when no customers are there. He is very knowledgeable about horses, and has taught me many different things that I did not know before. He takes pride in what he does on the farm. Him and his family take amazing care in the horses on the farm. The quality of care and attentiveness to the horse's needs are by far the best I have seen. I am so thankful for the amazing experiences that I have had so far at Merry Mac Farm. I plan to stay here as long as my senior horse is around!”
