“I bought/reserved my tires online. Have to go in to schedule an appointment. Which its not clearly stated online. No reminders about your appointment, so make sure u got it down. They only take like 2 walk ins per day. So if u go that route, make sure u can leave your car with them until they get to you. Also be there early(when they open that day) if your hoping for a walk in. Also somtimes hard to get ahold of somone in the department when you call.”

My go-to location is in Blaine, MN and it is like a 5 min drive from my house. I like that you are able to get a loaner car if the service is going to take a bit, but I also enjoy that they can shuttle you to/from so you're not stranded if they are out of loaners. I don't feel taken advantage of after I leave and feel confident that my car's issues have been resolved. Pricing seems fair and to me is worth every penny.”

They're nice enough to let you look at stuff before you buy, which any good yard should do. They don't store body parts carefully, so expect them to have some damage, regardless of what their quality rating is on the website. “I would highly recommend buying a vehicle here. We purchased a rebuilt Honda Pilot. The vehicle looked great because they do a very professional job on the rebuild, but we were most happy with the warranty on the vehicle. We had two issues and both were handled very well and ended up being very little inconvenience. The first was very minor - a missing spring on our gas door. The second was about a month after our purchase, the A/C condenser froze. They would not have had any way to know that was going to happen, but in both cases, Ivan responded immediately and the repairs were completed at no cost within a day or two. Another benefit of buying one of their vehicles is having a trustworthy and reasonable cost option for repairs after the warranty period. They are experts in the types of vehicles they repair and are familiar with common issues with those vehicles, so I look forward to having a place to go in the future. The Pilot has been running perfectly, and we love it. Would definitely buy from them again!”
