Great trails in the Minnesota River bottoms. We were lucky enough to encounter a flock of swans and a golden eagle on our hike. The trails were very busy on a beautiful November day.

Great place to go for a walk with your family! In the summer, there’s a lot of bicyclists and families walking on their trails. It also looks very beautiful if you go in the fall. Of note, you can hear planes flying by cuz it’s pretty close to an airport.

Lovely trails for biking, running, and hiking. The visitors center is currently closed due to Covid. The trails are dirt and sand. One you are in the river valley, the trails are flat and follow the river. The trails have curves and the landscape changes, so the trails don't get boring.

The Hillside trail is a great, short hike. Throughout the path, there are sitting areas if you need to take a break. It had a pretty steep incline, however, if you take your time and enjoy the nature surrounding you, it's not bad at all. Make sure to wear a good pair of hiking shoes as the trails are gravel.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place for a walk, run, or bike ride. It can get a little muddy after rain, but totally worth it. The farther you take the trails away from the building the less people you will see. It is 3.5 miles to get you to the 77 bridge that goes over the river. You can do more and even cross the bridge, but remember, it is out and back for the most part.
