Lowry Nature Center in Carver Park Reserve

Unexpected surprise. Displays of interesting live and mounted wildlife specimens in multiple rooms. Great for children.

I went with my first graders field trip. It was fun for kids & adults... Mostly kids. The trail is in great condition and the perfect size for a nice stroll through the trees and around the lake.

What a wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon. The nature center has a huge sledding hill and you can rent the sleds for free! They also have a very nice collection of XC skis and gear, new equipment and high quality. The rentals are very reasonably priced and trails and groomed wonderfully!

The staff is informative and inviting. I found the grounds to be great for walking with my dogs and 12 year old. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. There is literally something anyone can find something to enjoy.

Beautiful Nature Preserve. Lots of great trails. Was there for an early morning Bird Walk which was Excellent ... Learned a lot about birds & the park it's self. Highly recommend the programs at the Three Rivers Parks and look forward to stopping back to explore more.
