Michael did a great job with trying to fix my phone, and then helping me get a new phone and accessories when my old phone couldn’t be fixed.

Customer service was awesome! Clean store and very knowledgeable about the phones!

Just wanted to share a great experience we had at this Verizon location. Kiana was the only employee working and there was a steady stream of customers all night. She remained kind and patient throughout. She even stayed late to wait for our phone transfer to complete. Thank you Kiana for the excellent customer service!

Kiana did a great job. She was the only employee in the store and she was able to listen to and take care of multiple customers at the same time. We walked in with a broken phone and walked out with a new phone in a short amount of time even though she was very busy. Give that girl a raise!!
