I came to counselling not only worried about myself but also worried about the process and what the person listening and supporting me would think. I felt like I had more issues than any one person could help. I’ve been seeing Mark Sherling for over 2 years and would happily and confidently recommend him. Whether it's been personal development, family matters, academic struggles, work or just the challenge that has presented itself that day Mark has assisted me. He is a good therapist, non-judgmental, empathetic, insightful, but also a human being and gives space for the bad and the good in his sessions. If I knew then what I knew now, I wouldn’t have been so afraid. An experienced individual giving a great experience.

I’m writing this review for Mark Sherling, a therapist for Thriveworks. I’ve known Mark on a professional and personal basis for many years. He is a great therapist who genuinely cares about clients and connects with them on a genuine level. He is dependable, dedicated and extremely knowledgeable, skilled and experienced. Anyone who goes to see Mark will be better for it.

Terry Walton is an excellent therapist. He was detailed oriented, direct and relevant. He listened and provided constructive feedback. He also allowed you to arrive at solutions that were realistic and driven by your input. He showed empathy, care, and concern with each session. Highly Recommended!!!

Terry Walton is an absolutely amazing therapist. He has the ability to develop a therapeutic reporte with those he services in little to no time which allows him to best meet his clients needs.
