We've been browsing a lot of stores for furniture and also online and decided to check this location out on a whim. Denise was great and let us browse the store before making any decisions. We ended up purchasing a living room set and can't wait to enjoy it! Definitely recommend this location.

Sales rep was amazing and patience because I couldn't make up my mind. Answered all questions I asked.
Editing: delivery was definitely brought in the 3 hour window they said. Guys were all very nice, furniture was brought in with now problem, they set it up quickly. I think no more than 30 minutes. Definitely a great experience with both sales and delivery. Highly recommended.

Joseph was wonderful! He listened to what I wanted and didn't want, and was able to assist me in picking a great set for my home. The store manager completed our order 🙌🏾 👏. NJ Rt 4 was the best Raymour I've been too. Thanks for all your help!

A nice variety and a classy display, with a good amount of inventory.
The Outlet is enormous!!! A large portion of the furniture is on display.
For many years, I have been a Raymour & Flanigan customer.
Every time, the customer service has blown me away.
The only problem is that there is no return.

From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Clara a Home Furnishings Consultant it was a great experience. Clara took to the recliners that I was interested in and helped me find the perfect fit for my home. The purchase was just as smooth and I will receive my recliner this Saturday. Also the show room was well decorated. I would definitely go back for any furniture pieces I might need in the future.
