I was greeted upon walking in the door and I was able to ask questions about the composite lumbers to find a product that will be perfect and cool for our south facing front porch (keeps cool in direct sunlight). I was handed a bag and told to take as many samples as I like and given a card for follow-up cost estimates. I will be back - very pleased.
