  I LOVE Pure Barre! I never looked forward to working out, until I found Pure Barre. It challenges you in the best way. I am stronger and more fit than I have been in a long time, and there is still room for improvement. One of the things that makes this place so great are the instructors! They are all so kind, knowledgeable, and really know how to push you to be better. I really like how they walk around and make hands on corrections, that way you know you are getting the most out of your work out and doing it correctly.
  I cannot recommend Pure Barre enough!

  I had been doing physical therapy for 6 months, post surgery, and was seeing little improvement in my hip strength. Someone recommended Pure Barre which I’m so happy they did! After only doing the classes for a couple weeks, my physical therapist saw significant improvement in my hip, core and glutes strength. The pure barre instructors are constantly walking around making adjustments so that you are doing the movement right and offer modifications for someone like me who needs it. I think what I love the most is they spend the time to get to know you, greet you when you walk in the door, and are cheering you on, by name, during the class!

  I Love Pure Barre!
  I took advantage of there free unlimited week, and was hooked by my first class. I Went head in first with No Experience or any Dedication to any workout routines in my past.
  Pure Barre and their instructors changed all that for me.
  They all are so dedicated to each of there students and ensure that your getting the best out of every class, while motivating you and acknowledging your progress.
  I just finished my 21st class and my tone and shape of my body has changed dramatically!!
  I started noticing results from barre by my 6th class.
  
  Forever dedicated to Pure Barre you all are so Amazing.

  Pure Barre Apple Valley is a not only a great workout it is a community that inspires you and pushes you to be your best! The instructors are all excellent and make each class unique, fun, and HARD at the same time! I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to get in amazing shape and meet a lot of amazing people along the way!!!

  Pure Barre is a fast paced, full body workout that works individual muscle groups while simultaneously working your whole body. Every workout is different and always a challenge! Definitely keeps me on my toes and the instructors help challenge me to lift my leg higher and sink my seat lower than I think is possible.
  
  The community that has been growing since Pure Barre Apple Valley opened in June is filled with amazing women who are so supportive and positive! It is truly a privilege to work out with these ladies and have such amazing instructors leading us on our personal journeys to our best selves. Your body will thank you for showing up to class to lift, tone, burn!
