Southside Athletic is so much more than a gym; it’s a family. The minute you walk in the door, you’re unconditionally welcomed and supported just as you are. I’ve never experienced another community like it!

Southside is an amazing space with dedicated owners. It's home every time I'm there!

Just trained here for my Powerlifting competition next week (I am from the Madison, WI area). The equipment is great, the people were very kind and supportive! I would definitely train here again when I am in the area. (An amazing assortment of power bars and calibrated pound plates)

Fantastic gym for anyone. Jared is an amazing trainer that really cares about his clients and is extremely knowledgeable. He can adapt for a variety of injuries but also gets results. I don’t particularly enjoy working out but I know it is good for me, and Jared actually made it fun.

I am not a power lifter, but I really enjoyed the gym ambiance and people. The people were friendly and overall it had a very positive vibe. Both gym and training rates are reasonable. If you want to support a local business that truly cares about their their clients- this is it! Overall great experience and if I hadn’t moved- I would still be there.
