I purchased a baby gate from Regalo and their product is extremely sturdy and long-lasting. My gate needs changed and when I needed help for shipping and choosing the right extension, Margie from customer support was incredibly helpful and made sure that I had the right product and was incredibly friendly!

The baby gate has been good. Having prepared, I contacted support first via email letting them know explicitly, with reference to their documentation what part I wanted. They had me call their customer service which took two attempts (this was during the COVID-19 pandemic so I was happy to get a live person). The customer service representative looked up the case number in the email and arranged for the shipment of the replacement part. I was overall pleased with the experience.
