I took a few yoga classes here and the boot camp class when I was under consideration for a yoga teaching position. David is a great instructor, and the entire community is incredibly supportive and kind. Great spot to develop your practice!
All of the Karate and Yoga instructors really care about Adult members and have a Character Development program for the juniors that like no one else to help get kids to do chores and homework on their own
