(December 6, 2019, 4:52 pm)I stopped into the store to look for a very specifically sized slate tile for my little kid's reptile cage. That's all I needed. Just one tile. The gentleman who helped me (wish I got his name) custom cut the piece, even though they don't normally do that, just so I would have the perfect tile. He was so friendly and went above and beyond to make my child happy! He did that knowing he wasn't getting a huge sale. He did that knowing he wasn't getting a huge commission. He did it because he is a truly awesome guy!! THANK YOU!!
