    Been going to this location for 15+ years and have always had great service. Bought a pair of safety toe shoes 5 months ago and had a seam tear causing the lace to break inside the shoe (weird design). After Matt inspected the shoe and he determined it was a warranty issue. Without hesitation he replaced my 5 month old shoes for a brand new pair. Was able to continue working with no down time without any cost. Redwing stands behind their product and the most comfortable shoes/boots money can buy!

    Great experience at the Burnsville Red Wing store. Jeff was fantastic to deal with providing excellent customer service and care. We'll definitely be back!

    Went there to get work shoes/ boots and Matt was wonderful! Helping us like we were people! And I don’t remember the other gentleman’s name but both were very polite and helpful thank you so much! I Recommend this place!

    Had the most wonderful experience with Matt Richardson. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. I came in for a pair of replacement laces and walked out with a pair of sheepskin slippers. He knows is stuff. Clean store, great selection, and a comfortable environment. This is my new home base for all things Red Wing gear!

    I have worked with both Mathew and Clay I believe over the past few years and have always been given great service. After working many years in retail I know good service and great product knowledge when I am on the receiving end of it now. I get that every time I visit even if I don’t buy anything and am just looking. Love the Red Wing and Irish Setter brands and will never go anywhere else!
