Beltone Hearing Centers

My Mom is 87 and needed her hearing needs reassessed. She had previously been to another provider and had not been getting the help she needed; it was suggested we try Beltone. We went to the Burnsville location, Matt and his coworker were so understanding. patient and fun! They explained her new hearing results in detail; so she had a complete understanding of what would best help her moving forward. And as her caretaker, they made sure I understood as well. They spent two hours with us, never made us feel rushed, and made sure all our questions were answered. It was a VERY positive experience and my Mom left excited that soon she will be able to hear again! If I could I give 10 stars I would, wonderful experience. Thank you!

I have had nothing but great treatment from Matt here! I would never go anywhere else for my treatments!! I Give This Place a 5 star 😃 If Anyone Is In Need Of Hearing Aides I Highly Suggest this place. Everyone that walks in the door well walk out happy!! 😃😃

Matt was really good at explaining what hearing loss is and how it takes form.
He really listened to me and showed me how hearing aids would work to compensate for my hearing loss.

He explained durability and technology and care.

He made me feel very comfortable.

My first visit to Beltone. Mathew provide excellent service. Within 20 minutes, my broken hearing aid was repaired (they had the part), both aid were cleaned, I I received some knowledgeable advice on care and use. A great experience.
