Eagan Motor Vehicle Office

By far some of the nicest employees that I have ever met. My girl friend and I went to have our drivers licenses renewed today and we were in and out in minutes. Walked in the door and was greeted by everyone who wasn’t helping someone. Everyone was up beat and super nice. Great place and people!

It was packed and a lot of people waiting were not in a good mood, but all of the employees were friendly, patient, and helpful. I wish I could remember the name of the person helping me, because I couldn’t get one of my documents to pull up correctly on my phone and he went out of his way to try to help me. By far the best experience at a DMV I’ve ever had.

We applied new ID, changes address and renew registration. It only took us half hour or less. We went before open hour. He was fast doing the paperwork. Great and speed service!

Maybe it was because it was a Tuesday when I went but this was pain free. The person was polite and pleasant. They were busy but everyone was calm and many were smiling. There were a lot of Thank You being heard. A delightful surprise.

So refreshing to see young, diverse people working here. I was here later afternoon after my work. I was expecting to be in a long line but surprised the queue was very short. I was there in and out 20mins. The new employees works fast. Keep it up!
