This was my first visit to your establishment. I had read many favorable reviews about Honest-1, so I thought I would try you out. My first impression walking in was how clean and dignified the waiting room area was. The service was great. I have not driven the car much since the work was done, but I feel confident that the service was very good. I also enjoy that you send out texts/emails on the progress of the vehicle during its time in the shop, so I can adjust my schedule to when the vehicle will be done. Thank you.

The thermostat on my vehicle went out a few weeks ago. My schedule did not allow me to get it in to be fixed as quickly as I would’ve liked. I so appreciate honest 1 for working me in.

Honest 1 was exactly what their title says…honest. They were reliable and trustworthy with their diagnostics on my vehicle. It was complicated and lengthy but they gave me detailed and understandable daily updates. It was much easier to make repair decisions with those detailed updates. They kept my bill reasonable and didn’t overspend or try to cheat me during any part of the process. I am so appreciate of their services and staff and will be using them again!

Everytime I come here I have such an amazing experience. Patrick and Brandon are always so personable and remember little tidbits about me that make my experience second to none. Feels like a mom and pop shop. My car always has wonderful repairs, so you know everyone working in the shop is passionate about their work. I moved out of town and drive 40 minutes just to come back to this great team! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

I bought a used car a couple of weeks ago, and needless to say the dealership definitely did not look at my car before they sold it to me. So I decided to go with this highly recommended establishment. 100% Professionalism and kindness from start to finish. And when I only wanted to do a couple of the suggested repairs and not all of them, THERE WAS NO PRESSURE! They were very knowledgeable and informative about what I could and could not wait on. And for the work I had done I believe I got a better price than it would have anywhere else around me! Thank you Patrick, James, and EVERYONE who worked on my vehicle!
