  TL:DR - Saved me hundreds of dollars by double checking what other mechanics told me, though visual inspection, was a leak in my water pump. Perfect customer service from Arthur. They demonstrated honesty and integrity, and they get a high recommendation from me.
  
  Longer version:
  I was told by two different mechanics who performed oil changes on my vehicle that I likely had a leak in my cooling system, coming from the water pump. They both provided repair estimates for me. After the second shop told me about the leak, I became fairly confident that I had a problem, so I started comparing repair estimates with other shops in my area as well. But before providing estimates, a lot of places required me to bring the vehicle in for a visual inspection. I did this with two more places and both confirmed the leak in the water pump through their visual inspections, just as the two oil change mechanics had previously said. I ended up bring my vehicle to Repair Rite as they had good reviews online and had a more affordable quote than the other places I researched. Repair Rite did not require a visual inspection before providing their estimate, but by this time, I was very confident I had a leak in the water pump. Instead of simply replacing it right away, Repair Rite tested the cooling system first, and found no leak in it anywhere. They tested it twice, and even kept the system pressurized overnight to be absolutely sure. What the other mechanics were likely noticing as a leak was actually from the AC (the water pump and AC are in the same area). If I had brought it back to one of the other mechanics that "confirmed" the leak through visual inspection, they would likely have replaced a functioning water pump without much question. Repair Rite could have done the same without ever testing it, but they double checked the work of the other mechanics, told me about it, and saved me several hundred dollars.

  Very customer oriented. First visit I was communications with the owner dan. When I received my bill I expected something well over 500 and it was under $500 I asked him how that's possible. He said that he would rather have customers come back to him due to customer satisfaction and being honest . He's very in tune with being helpful to the community around him. Since then I've been back several times with my beater cars and in communications with Art. Again very customer oriented. Great listener. Very good communication in regards to updates on the work being done to my vehicle. Again the bill was very fair. And their tech's are very patient and do a great job. They should have turned my beater cars away but never did and always greeted me with a smile. I've also stopped in on several occasions to ask about small issues and they were more than happy to help with no charge. Highly recommended. I'll continue to use your shop for repairs.   I made an appointment to have the AC looked at to find the cause of no air conditioning.
  With about 20 minutes the results.
  My Honda 2007 Odyssey needs an AC over haul.
  Printed Estimate, $1,170.00

  Dan was fantastic to work with. Scheduling was very easy online, and they had an apt. time within 30 minutes of when I went to book, be available. I asked him to take a look at my brakes because I had concerns but he assured me I do not need to get them replaced anytime soon. He did a free inspection and pointed out a few items to get taken care of but was not pushy and listed them in order of important with the prices listed out. I will absolutely be coming back to Repair-Rite.
