Hiko Sushi

Always used to go there when working at Delta after a rough shift. It's the best sushi I have ever had still. This place will not disappoint. Very nice staff and great sashimi. Don't forget to tip the guys behind the counter!

Pretty good sushi. Prices aren't bad either. The salad and miso soup are lacking however.

Eaten here many times, never a bad experience, in fact they've all been exceptional. They sell quality fish, eat enough sushi and you can instantly recognize their quality.

They have fantastic oysters, with the trip alone imho. They also try and keep some of the more interesting things in stock like, big eye tuna, Toro and Uni, not all places have those not even attempt to have it.

I have eaten at Hiko several times now, and the consistency of the experience is spot on.
I was greeted warmly each time, (and thanked for returning on my 2nd and 3rd visits).
The sushi was great each time, served with courtesy and knowledge, (which you don't always see at some sushi restaurants).
Did I mention the prices are incredibly reasonable? It is a seriously good value for what you get.
When, (not if), you go, take my advice and order the Unagi, it is some of the best I have had in the twin cities. Also, ask for the extra fatty salmon, it costs a dollar or two more, but it just melts in your mouth!
